SYMPTOM(s):
Attempt to disconnect shared memory client fails.
System Error: 0 processes still connected (2262).
Database fails to shutdown.
CAUSE:
PROSHUT is not hanging, but is running a series of processes to ensure
that all clients are disconnected and the database can be shut down.
FIX:
Use either:
1) proshut <dbname>
2) Select option 3 Emergency Shutdown (Kill All)
or
Proshut with force -
proshut <dbname> -by -F
