FIX:
A 9.1B Client can connect to Version 8.3x Database only in Client Server mode. As a general rule, it is possible to connect a higher version of a client to a lower version of the database via TCP as long as the client is only one major release ahead of the database (eg. DB: 8 Client: 9).
