Can't create empty AS400 schema folder.
File as4dict.df not found (293)
File does not exist within the Progress Installation directory tree.
CAUSE:
Installation failed to install DLC\gui\as4dict\as4empty.df and DLC\gui\as4dict.pl
FIX:
Manually create the as4dict directory under DLC\gui. Find a machine with a complete installation and copy the as4empty.df into DLC\gui\as4dict\ of the affected machine. It is also necessary to copy the as4dict.pl to the DLC\gui directory.
