Using Informix database
CAUSE:
The problem is associated with the Windows2000 registry not having Informix environment variables in the HKEY_USERS/.DEFAULT/Software. Running the regcopy.exe utility from the <installation_path>\Informix\bin directory copies the registry information from HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Informix to HKEY_USERS\Default\Software. This will enable SequeLink ODBC socket service to recognize all of the Informix environment variables.
FIX:
Run the regcopy.exe utility from the <installation_path>\Informix\bin directory.
