You have not supplied a parameter for argument <ARG>. (1403)
You have not supplied a parameter for argument -ASID (1403)
AppServer does not start
CAUSE:
AppServer cannot be started (cannot be even correctly installed) on Windows 9x / Windows ME, those OS do not have shared memory.
FIX:
Upgrade your OS to Windows NT4 / 2000 / XP.
