Using "swlist" displays that HPUX 11i OS patch PHSS_24638 is missing
CAUSE:
OS patch PHSS_24638 is needed when working with Progress 9.1C/3.1C and 9.1D/3.1D on HP-UX 11i.
FIX:
Download and install HP OS patch PHSS_24638
