Error (5890) when running a program containing the PSTimer OCX control
Error occurred while accessing component property/method: <property or method name>.
<COM message>
Error code: <Program name> (5890)
Error: Error occurred while accessing component property/method:LoadControls
Not enough storage is available to complete this operation.
Error code: 0x8007000e control_load <Program name> (5890)
CAUSE:
The Prox.Dll file has not been properly registered.
FIX:
There are 2 options:
1. Register prox.dll by using regsvr32.exe:
regsvr32 <Progress install>\bin\prox.dll
or
2. Re-install Progress
