SYMPTOM(s):
Problem when starting NLM twice.
The same server is running.
The .lk file is deleted.

CAUSE:
The message can occur if the default limit of Maximum Allocated Short Term Memory (8388608) is reached but more is necessary.
FIX:
Increase the value of Maximum Allocated Short Term Memory entry in the STARTUP.NCF.
