GOAL:
Is it necessary to dump hidden tables when dumping and loading data ?
FIX:
The option to dump hidden tables should not normally be used unless you have special cases like user defined hidden tables or when you have to load the user table to keep the security on the DB.
The option to Dump the _user table is an option within the Data Administration tool as well as dumping the _sequence table.
