Progress patch installed.
Starting db with Adminserver or PROSERVE
Using -spin
Multi-processor machine
tstset and latPrivFastLock are referrenced in the protrace file before _sigreturn

Bug# OE00079978
CAUSE:
Latch alignment not calculated properly based off of the -spin setting.
FIX:
Upgrade to 9.1D01 or higher.
