SYMPTOM(s):
dataserv.lg file was not growing for days
ps -ef | grep _orasrv shows 30 of the processes
A new script is used to start the _probrkr
Looking at the wrong working directory for the dataserv.lg file
CHANGE:
The script to start the _probrkr changed
CAUSE:
The new script has the different progress working directory and the new path defined to the _probrkr. The Unix administrator was not aware of the change.
FIX:
Review the script file to identify any changes from the old script file.
