FIX:
Steps:
1) Stop all Progress Services
2) Copy $DLC/properties/conmgr.properties to a temporary directory
3) Remove $DLC if you want to install the new Progress version to a same directory)
4) Install the new version of Progress
5) Copy the conmgr.properties from the temporary directory (step 2) back into the (new) $DLC/properties directory.
6) Restart all Progress Services (under the new Progress version)
