GOAL:
Where to find patches for an older Progress version?
FIX:
Currently, you can not download a patch for an older Progress version. With the new ESD (electronic software download center) system, only the latest version of Progress and it's service packs are available for download.
Please contact and/or log a work request with Progress Technical Support (in your region) to determine if the patch you need is available.
