non Basic collation is used
CAUSE:
BUG# 19970611-012
CAUSE:
This is a known issue - word-indexing for non Basic collation does not work properly for some characters
FIX:
Upgrade to latest Progress version (BUG has been fixed in 9.0A) or use a Basic collation.
