FIX:
With Version 9.1D the license Oracle DataServer includes a Schema Holder Server, as documented within annex D "Progress Product Components and Subcomponents" of the "Installation and Configuration" book.
When the schema holder is not modified, most of the time within a production environment, we recommend a connection in Read-Only mode to the schema holder.
For WIN32 clients, you could have a copy of a WIN32 schema on a shared drive.
