SYMPTOM(s):
WSISA.DLL messenger is not working
Messenger wsisa.dll is not able to create log file
Progress Working directory is in the network drive
The anonymous user is IUSR_<MACHINE NAME> in the IIS
CAUSE:
The anonymous user does not have the privilege to see the network drive
FIX:
Allow anonymous user to access the working directory in the network drive.
