Record locks are not being released when the user logs out of the database.
SYSTEM ERROR: wrong dbkey in block. Found <dbkey>, should be <dbkey2> (1124)
CAUSE:
User is disconnected abnormally and is deleted from the user table. Records are still locked with that user number even though the user is no longer connected to the database.
