CHANGE:
Run a remote program that sends e-mails.
CAUSE:
A remote program was generating several instances of itself and was causing the error (49)
FIX:
1) Increase -n parameter
2) Tune the kernel for semaphores and Share memory segments.
3) Fix the instance generation time of the remote program to avoid the (49) error.
