Editor does not detect change in Message Maintenance
As a result the toolbar is not enabled correctly
VALUE-CHANGE trigger does not fire
Windows 2000 only
FIX:
Fixed in 9.1D01 as it was a core bug. Workaround is to set the editor to not be large:
assign rowobject.error_full_description:large in frame {&frame-name} = false.
