Using Java 1.4
CAUSE:
Java version 1.4 has not been certified for use with Progress 9.1D. This is unsupported version Java.
FIX:
Install Java 1.3.1 if neccessary. Then modify the java_env to point to the Java Version to 1.3.1 install.
