CAUSE:
The file ProgressUninstall9.1x is leftover after the previous unsuccessful install (where 'x' represents the letter in the maintenance release, e.g. 9.1C,9.1D etc.).
FIX:
Remove or rename the file ProgressUninstall9.1x and then restart the installation.
