FIX:
Yes, it is possible to have multiple versions of Progress/OpenEdge/WebSpeed installed on the same machine.
In order to load two different major versions of Progress on the same server:
1. Make sure that there are no system wide variables set for Progress, they can be set for the session.
2. Make sure that all Progress processes are shutdown prior to the second install.
3. Install the new version in its own unique install and work directories.
