Can Report Builder create Cross-tab reports ? Yes !
All versions of Report Builder can do cross-tab reports. A cross-tab
report is a report that provides totals for both rows and columns
of data.
The V8 Report Builder Tutorial Chapter 8 gives an example of how
to create a cross-tab report.
