Status: Verified
FACT(s) (Environment):
Progress/400 DataServer
SYMPTOM(s):
STRPRONET command is being used to start a TCP broker
QSECOFR user profile has correct authority
Checked the library list
TCP job is running
AS/400 job log shows jobs started and ended 2 seconds later
Message was generated after job completed in the QPRINT print file
'input user queue unable to be created'
STRPRONET command generated a message saying that this was submitted to batch.
However, 'wrkactjob' doesn't show the PROTCPBRK job.
CAUSE:
The PROTMP library is missing.
FIX:
1. Run the INSTALL command as QSECOFR.
2. This will rebuild the PROTMP library which in turn will allow the PROTCPBRK job to run correctly.
