Menu: File -> New -> SmartDataObject
Multiple developers using one INI file
CAUSE:
The problem might occur if the file permissions are not set to 'write' access for the INI file used by multiple developers. If that is the case, then AppBuilder can not write into the INI file the section ProAB and the error 4454 appears.
FIX:
Populate the INI file into the registry and use the registry within the -basekey parameter with the -ininame for the registry key location.
