Conversion fails with error.
conversion: mkschema failure, error code = .\n (7298)
PROUTIL CONV89 utility is being used.
Mkschema is not corrupted
There is sufficient memory to execute the mkschema process.
CAUSE:
The mkschema process is unable to be fork/exec'd properly from the proutil/conv89 process. In this case there is insufficient permissions to execute mkschema.
FIX:
Correct the permissions on the directory or on the file itself, to enable mkschema to execute.
