FIX:
The Progress WebClient executable is in fact a Progress GUI client with the database parts stripped out and all techniques to start the Report Builder engine from the normal Progress GUI client can be used with the WebClient.
However, the Report Builder requires the Client Networking license in order to work. Besides that, the Report Builder is internally using the ESQL engine to retrieve the data from the database and therefore the HTTP tunneling (utilizing AIA) can not be used.
