GOAL:
Does the OF relationship in data dictionary, database, reports, data relations, get established during an index-rebuild?
FIX:
The OF relationship does get established during the index-rebuild, for example, "itemsite of item". If the "field OF table" does not show up in data relations, in the Data Dictionary, run proutil <db-name> -C idxfix and choose option 3. This will repair the index without having to stop the database.
