Clients fail to connect to the dbase
There is no server for database <>. (1423).
CHANGE:
Progress.cfg was moved/added
CAUSE:
Database is using a license for a Personal database which is used just for local connections.
FIX:
References the correct Progress.cfg file for the Workgroup or Enterprise database.
