MNEMONIC KEY FIRED WITHOUT ALT- PRESSED IS STANDARD MSW
When a control which does not accept keyboard input (button, slider,
radio-set, toggle-box) has focus, you don`t have to use the ALT key to
activate mnemonic keys in other controls. Bring up a dialog box in any
Windows app, put the focus on any of the controls listed above and
press the mnemonic of another control (without using Alt) and you will
see it. This is normal and standard behavior on Windows.
