DBase import doesn't work after V7 - Workaround
INTRODUCTION:
=============
The dBase Import option found under Data Admin/Data Dictionary under
the admin tool won't work if you don't have the %DLC%\bin defined on
PROPATH.
PROCEDURAL APPROACH:
====================
Either add the %DLC%\bin to the PROPATH or copy the dbf.exe file from
the %DLC%\bin directory to the %DLC% directory.
