WebClient Application Manager does not show the current installed application.
WebClient Application Manager gathers its information from the registry.
The HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\WebClient\Applications key contains the WebClient application install information.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\WebClient\Applications key is missing.
CHANGE:
Upgraded to 9.1D WebClient
CAUSE:
Removal of previous WebClient application deleted the registry key.
FIX:
Remove the current WebClient application and reinstall to rebuild the registry key.
