FIX:
The WebClient Application Manager gets a list of WebClient Applications installed from the registry. The Application Manager uses the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\WebClient\Applications key.
In some cases, an uninstall of a previous WebClient application might delete the registry key. Removing the current WebClient application and reinstalling will rebuild the key.
