While connected to Oracle, pressing ctrl-c will not exit out of procedure editor.

Bug# 20020314-042
CAUSE:
Oracle Bug 2324286: The Oracle bug is specific to Oracle 8.1.7 on Solaris only. Oracle maintains the issue is specific to this version and platform.
Since Progress has seen the issue on other platforms, we have workaround the issue and fixed the Oracle problem within Progress code.
Progress Bug# 20020314-042 has been opened to workaround Oracle's Bug
FIX:
Apply Progress Service Pack 9.1D02/3.1D02 to correct this problem.
