SYMPTOM(s):
Error when running procedure.
** Attempt to modify schema during run-time or query session. (484)
Procedure is attempting to modify the database schema
Only license installed is a runtime license (such as Enterprise db, Workgroup db, Client Networking)
CAUSE:
Without a development license such as 4GL Development or Provision, a procedure that updates the schema cannot run without the -rx parameter.
FIX:
Use the -rx client startup parameter when running the procedure.
