'the command' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file
Performing command: proutil db-name -C truncate bi
Error occurs when using any Progress command
Progress command executed within Command Prompt / DOS prompt
DLC environment variable is set at the system level
CAUSE:
The DLC environment variable is not set correctly
FIX:
Use the Progress PROENV session. This will automatically set the correct Progress environment variables, including DLC.
