Oracle 7.0.x no longer supported with Progress 7.3x and 8.0A
Starting with Unix Progress version 7.3 and above and MS Windows
Progress version 8.0A and above; we no longer support Oracle 7.0.x.
This is due to Oracle desupport of this version of their product.
