Missing ut.olb on DEC Alpha OpenVMS patch 6.2N12
Patch 6.2N12 released on DEC Alpha OpenVMS currently does not have
the file ut.olb on the patch tape. Yet it is listed in the README.PRO
file which lists files included on the patch tape.
If a customer calls, a copy of this file has been put on pscgate in
the directory /pub/QAD which the customer can ftp.
plt-patch has been notified. This is the workaround until the next
patch is released.
