Implicit table locks (IX) remains
CAUSE:
Bug# 20020716-035, fixed in Service Pack 9.1D02
FIX:
Disconnect the 4GL user having set the IX Table lock.
The DataBase Administrator can do that with option 1 "disconnect a user" from the menu of the command "proshut <databasename>.
