SYMPTOM(s):
Database corruption found when re-starting database
Corrupt block detected when reading from database. (4229)
SYSTEM ERROR: read wrong dbkey at offset <offset> in file <file> found <dbkey>, expected <dbkey>, retrying. (1152)
CAUSE:
Hardware problem on server caused the server to shutdown. Subsequent access to the database shows corruption at block level when trying to access data.
FIX:
Restore database from last known verified backup.
If it is not possible to restore the database from backup for whatever reason, you may attempt to delete the corrupt blocks by following Progress Solution:
