proadsv -query returns AdminServer not alive. (8543)
proadsv -stop returns Failed connecting to AdminServer. Verify it is running. (8546)
Connection from Progress Explorer to AdminServer works
AdminServer is up and running.
Server has a multiply network cards
-Djava.rmi.server.hostname is specified to a different name than hostname

BUG# 20020805-023
CAUSE:
This is a known issue, parameter -Djava.rmi.server.hostname=<host> is ignored when proadsv -query and proadsv -stop.
FIX:
Upgrade to 9.1D07 or higher release of Progress
