SYMPTOM(s):
Personal Database license does not get ADM2 folders installed.
FIX:
This is expected behavior - Personal database is a run-time license not a development license. The ADM folders were installed in version 8 and this is still the case with version 9 (ADM Run-Time Char and GUI are optional components) BUT NOT with ADM2. These folders have to be copied from a development license.
