KnowledgeBase number: 16095
Creation Date: Sept-5-96
Modified Date:
This document applies to: Webspeed
Version and Release Number: 1.0

Summary:

The WebSpeed wtb.cnf configuration file contains a
parameter called DefaultDirectory, which points to the
directory in which all the WebSpeed executable files exist.

You must specify the absolute path for this directory, and
you cannot use an environment variable.

Step by step details:

Example: If your WebSpeed product is installed in
/usr/wsrt

Your DefaultDirectory parameter will be:
DefaultDirectory /usr/wsrt/bin

You cannot use:
DefaultDirectory $DLC/bin

The latter will produce the following error.

WTB: Error! - Directory not valid, reset Root Directory!

A bug has been logged to further document this within the
wtb.cnf.
