Translation Manager does not take new changes in procedures into account
Changing a string literal attribute in a procedure causes translation to be lost
Recompiling the program has no effect
There are no warnings, but the program does not display translated strings
CAUSE:
Enhancement request #20020705-001
FIX:
This Enhancement has not been implemented in the product.
Extract and reload the procedure. Afterwards apply Pretranslation if necessary.
