WebSpeed 1.0 - Server Error 500 - malformed header
Title: WebSpeed 1.0 - Server Error 500 - malformed header
KnowledgeBase number: 16093
Creation Date: Sept-05-96
Modified Date:
This document applies to: WebSpeed
Version and Release Number: 1.0
Summary:
During development of WebSpeed applications, the browser
may be sent a page containing Server 500 error indicating a
malformed html header.
The most common cause of this error is a 4GL syntax
problem. You can check the 4GL syntax using the WorkBench
design tool on the browser side, or using the application
compiler on the web server side.
If your 4GL source code compiles cleanly, you may need to
add procedural error traps, such as making sure a record is
available before formatting it back to the browser.
