CAUSE:
The viewer keeps the reference for an old 'Field Object' name
FIX:
Open the viewer in the Repository Object Maintenance Tool, check the 'Object filename' for the viewer Object Instances.
If an Object Instance for the viewer has a wrong 'Object filename' attribute, change it for the right one
