ERROR: Database <db name> failed to start (DBMan022)
SYSTEM ERROR: Unable to kill parent process, errno= 4. (1680)
You're using dbman or Progress Explorer Tool to start the DB and you get these errors.
CAUSE:
This problem can ocurr if you have the Java version number: 1.3.1
FIX:
You need to have the Java version number: 1.3.0-1.
