GOAL:
Is it possible to change the Email techsupport button to say something else and send Email to us before we send it to techsupport?

FIX:
The email functionality starts the installed email composer, but you have to have an email product installed on the machine in order to correctly get this functionality.
When the email message appears, the "To" field defaults to the email address specified in the current user profile and the subject is "Technical Support". You can add additional recipients, change the subject text, or add additional text using the functionality you would expect with the installed email product.
If need to change this functionality you can modify the notifyuser calls in icf\af\cod2\afmessaged.w and icf\af\cod2\afmessagew.w.
