SYMPTOM(s):
AppServer error 293, program on a mapped network drive
PROPATH for AppServer contains that mapped network drive
Program in on win2k, AppServer is running on win98
using UNC notation does not solve the problem
not using a procedure library
CAUSE:
permission issue due to adminService running as a LocalSystem account
FIX:
Use the administrator account for starting adminserver
