The executable UserReplication/bin/rpagent started by the DB Service manager ended in error. (10215)
CHANGE:
Query Results was installed
CAUSE:
The installation of Query results overwrote Fathom files.
FIX:
Install the latest service pack for 9.1D or reinstall Progress 9.1D (incl. Results) and Fathom.
